  ATOMIZATION - Water-soluble systems
 

Atomized Odor Control

ODOR ARMOR formulations are diluted with water and then pressurized to 1000 psi to create a fine atomization at each nozzle. When the odor control solution is released, the ultra fine atomized odor control droplets collide with nuisance odor compounds where a series of chemical reactions occur that neutralize the nuisance odor before it migrates off the facility.

All units include thermal protection on the motor circuit and branch circuits and include high quality industrial components from ABB, Danfoss, and CAT Pump. The system can be built into existing environmental controls or can be configured with remote operational control. Pumps are configured with site specific operational accessories to maximize performance, cost efficiency and reliability. This includes a variety of added components to enhance system performance or system control including Programmable Logic Control (PLC) , wind & rain sensors, Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) inverters, inclusion of high efficiency motors, Increased bare pump capacity, low and high pressure safety switches, electric drain valves, and automated air purge capability.

The ultra small odor control vapor droplets provide increased opportunity for collision with nuisance odor compounds where a series of chemical reactions neutralize the odor in the air column surrounding the diffuser pipe.

Systems are available in many sizes with blowers to support 100 to 2000 feet of diffuser pipe. PLC programming , automated dosing and the use of VAPOR-PHASE waterless formulations ensure uninterrupted treatment for up to several months between service. They are custom built as stationary platforms, that are available in weather resistant enclosures, and portable trailers.
